We would like to welcome you to B&B Maison Lize and would like to inform you about our general conditions.

1. General

These general terms and conditions apply to all users of B&B Maison Lize, Bredestraat 161, 9920 Lovendegem.
When entering into a rental agreement, these general terms and conditions come into effect.
A copy of these terms and conditions is made available to users in each room.
The administrators administration is decisive in the event of a mutual disagreement, unless the users can prove otherwise.

2. Guests

Tenants must have a permanent residence or residence and be at least 18 years or older.
Guests must follow the administrators instructions.
The manager can deny and/or refuse guests access to B&B Maison Lize, in the event of violation of these general terms and conditions and in the event of inappropriate behaviour, without further notification and statement of reasons and without refund of accommodation costs.
Guests of B&B Maison Lize must adhere to the house rules below.
Use of B&B Maison Lize by persons other than the guests is not allowed.

3. Liability

The administrator is not liable for damage, loss or theft of property of the users. In case of disputes, all (legal) costs are for the account of the users.
The manager is not liable for personal injury resulting from the use of the B&B Maison Lize or appurtenances, nor any other injury that follows or could result from possible circumstances, both directly and indirectly related to B&B Maison Lize.
The manager cannot be held liable for all other risks and/or consequences not mentioned with regard to a stay at B&B Maison Lize.

4. Damage

Damage caused and loss of movable and immovable property of the owner must be reported by the users during the stay and reimbursed to the owner.

5. Reservation and confirmation

The reservation can be completed subject to availability via the Cubilis booking program on our website www.maisonlize.com or via other booking channels.
We ask you to pay the amount in advance via the website www.maisonlize.com. Payment can be made via Mollie, a secure external payment provider. Here we accept credit cards, Bancontact, iDeal and Sofort Banking.

6. Breakfast

Guests are responsible for informing them of any allergies, food intolerances or diets.

7. Cancellation

We understand that there may be unforeseen circumstances that prevent you from coming. If that is the case, we kindly ask you to report this to us as soon as possible.
Below you will find the conditions that apply in the event of cancellation. The amounts and percentages shown are to be paid by you.
The guest can cancel free of charge up to 7 days before arrival. The guest pays 50% of the total price if he/she cancels within 7 days before arrival. If the guest does not show up, he/she pays the total price of the reservation.
In the event of cancellation, we will reimburse you by bank transfer according to the conditions in force.

House rules

1. Arrival and Departure

On the day of arrival, we welcome you between 4 and 9 pm. If you would like to arrive at a different time, we can discuss this.
On the day of departure we like to say goodbye before 11 am. This gives us time to prepare the rooms for other guests.
No refunds will be made in case of early departure.

2. Your stay

We would like to ask you to treat the infrastructure and furniture neatly and respectfully during your stay.
We also kindly ask you not to cause any noise nuisance because we also live here as a family. This also guarantees the nights rest for the other guests.
Use of B&B Maison Lize by persons other than the guests is not allowed.

3. Safety and Environment

Parking is free in our parking lot, closed by the gate.
We cannot allow you to bring your pet.
The B&B is completely non-smoking.
The bedrooms are suitable for an overnight stay with a maximum of two or three people. A cot can be placed on request.
